- Probe, scan, scrape, overload, bypass rate limits, introduce malware, or interfere with the service or its providers.
- Manipulate rankings, recommendations, sponsor placement, reviews, availability, inventory, or trusted-list signals dishonestly.
- Use the service as a substitute for emergency services, professional judgment, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or safety-critical dispatch.
Directory and Business Data
Businesses, sponsors, nonprofits, churches, HOAs, and administrators should only submit data they are authorized to share. Photos, inventory, schedules, past work, recommendations, and availability should be truthful, current, and respectful of privacy.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit access, suspend accounts, revoke admin privileges, block requests, or preserve records where needed to protect users, businesses, the service, or legal obligations.
